Great shop, great communication , fair pricing. Wouldn’t take my Volvo or vehicles anywhere else!

We can't say enough good things about P&A Smith. They are honest, reasonably priced, communicate clearly on any issues before moving ahead with work, and have clearly made sure we were not overcharged, which at one point included trying the repair to see if it worked and when it didn't, they removed it and didn't charge us. This auto shop is the kind of place you hope to find to handle all your vehicle service needs.

Clint and the crew at P&A Smith are class acts. I’ve taken my Volvo there for 8+ years, and each time they are honest, efficient, and transparent with what needs to be done. Highly recommend!

Discovered these guys several years ago. Honest and reasonable services. Much better customer service than the local dealership. We’ll be taking our Volvo to them for as long as we own it.

P&A Smith Auto is everything you want in an auto shop and rarely find anymore. Clint and the entire team consistently treated me with respect and integrity, and they earned my trust every visit. They always gave me clear, honest assessments of my Jeep Grand Cherokee, especially when other shops didn’t. What truly sets them apart is their transparency. They explain exactly what needs to be fixed right away, what can safely wait, and how long it can wait so that you can make smart decisions without pressure or surprises. The work is thorough, communication is straightforward, and you never feel upsold or talked down to. If I still lived nearby, I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. I only stopped going because I moved too far away. If you’re looking for a shop that values honesty, clarity, and long-term relationships over quick fixes, P&A Smith Auto is the place. HIGHLY recommended.
